Spa Amenities– Newbury Spa provides women’s and men’s change rooms, showers and lockers, Spa robes and sandals, towels and grooming essentials, as well as a comfortable lounge to relax in before and after your services. We ask that you kindly turn off any cellular phones, beepers and pagers, so that both you and our other clients can fully relax and enjoy the spa experience.
Scheduling - Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you to make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect spa experience for you. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving Newbury Spa Calgary.
Punctuality – To insure enjoyment of a relaxing spa experience, please plan to arrive at Newbury Spa at least 30 minutes before your first service is scheduled. This will allow time for you to change into your robe and relax before your treatment begins. You may also wish to shower before your treatment. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but you may not be able to enjoy your full service time.
Parking – Metered parking is available on the street. On weekends complimentary parking is available behind the building.
Cancellation Policy – If you should need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of services reserved. Package reservations require 48 hours advance notice. Group bookings for 4 persons or greater subject to a 7 business day cancellation policy. Thank you for your consideration.
Hours of Operation – Newbury is open Wednesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.
Home Care Products - At Newbury Spa, you can extend the benefits of your spa experience by using our extensive line of home care products. Your therapist will advise you on the appropriate products for your skin type and condition to help you continue to look and feel your best.
Gratuities We believe the decision to extend a gratuity should be the result of a wonderful client experience, and left to the discretion of the client. Gratuities are not included in the spa treatments although the range is typically 10% to 20%.
Packages – Newbury Spa focuses on providing complete body and skin therapies. We have designed our menu so that treatments can be purchased “a la carte” to create the day of inner and outer wellness that is perfect for you. Please consult one of our Spa Concierges for assistance in designing the perfect program for you. Package reservations require 48 hours advance notice.
Staff Selection/Changes – If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member – or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view – please let us know upon booking your next treatment. Our staff functions as a team and would be happy to accommodate you.
Prices – Prices quoted do not include taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Method – We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash.
For Your Protection – We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home.
Gift Certificates – Newbury Gift Certificates are available at our customer service desk or for purchase instantly via our website www.NewburySpa.ca 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Ask about our many programs and treatments which may be ideal for a loved one or valued client or friend.
Children - Unfortunately, Newbury Spa cannot accommodate children under the age of 16.
Special Considerations – At the time of booking your treatment, please advise us of any allergies, ailments, illnesses, disabilities, pregnancy or requirements for wheelchair access.
